BayBee Standard 0.7mm Touring Car Body 190mm

The BAYBEE is ZooRacing’s latest high-performance body shell for 190mm touring cars, building upon the success of the ultra-popular DBX platform. Featuring a similarly styled roofline, the BAYBEE incorporates a slightly extended roof profile that reduces aerodynamic drag, resulting in increased cornering speeds—particularly beneficial for stock class racers.

A key innovation on the BAYBEE is the longer, rounder front section. This design improves high-speed cornering under power, offering more precise handling in wide, sweeping turns, while reducing tire scrub to help maintain momentum and smooth transitions. Despite these enhancements, the BAYBEE retains the razor-sharp steering response required for technical sections of the track.

Compared to the already low-profile DBX, the BAYBEE introduces an even lower shoulder line, hood, and rear deck. This allows the body to be mounted lower on the chassis, further lowering the car’s overall center of gravity for improved stability and performance.

Another highlight is the redesigned High Efficiency rear wing, which features a curved shape that complements the new rear profile. This improves airflow between the wing and the body shell, enhancing aerodynamic efficiency. Additional aero features include refined side skirts for optimized airflow and increased stability, while integrated ribbing on the trunk area ensures rigidity under the extreme loads found in today’s modified class racing.

Visually, the BAYBEE stands out with its realistic front-end styling and sculpted hood, which also enhances airflow and structural durability.

ZooRacing’s new ZOOlite moulding process further sets the BAYBEE apart. The standard 0.7mm version is approximately 10g lighter than previous models, making it fully compliant with minimum weight regulations in series like the ETS, while also lowering the center of gravity. For those prioritizing maximum performance, an ultra-lightweight 0.5mm version is also available.

Each body shell includes ZooRacing’s innovative 2-step window masking system, allowing for professional-level window frame detailing. Step 1 masks the full window area during paint application. After painting, these are replaced with slightly smaller Step 2 masks to expose the frame area for detailed coloring—delivering crisp, clean lines without the need for manual cutting or trimming inside the shell.

The BAYBEE package is completed with high-quality wing mounting hardware and a detailed decal sheet including grille, headlight, and taillight stickers.
